Like some neighboring towns there was a significant increase in homes sold in Livermore CA in May 2013. Homes sold in Livermore CA during May 2013 were up to 95 from 63 for single family with 16 down from 17 attached homes closing escrow. The median single family home sold price in Livermore is down to $552,500 vs. $575,000 in May 2013 while attached homes are up at $415,000 vs. $370,000 over the same period. Livermore is the home of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
